That's right - we're making ANOTHER CASCADE CASCADE Magazine.

Issue 2 will feature every single article from well, Issue 2. All 24 articles, plus a BONUS print-exclusive piece from Sam "Rhystic Studies" Gaglio, spread across 75+ magazine sized pages (final page count being finalized but it's bigger than issue 1). There's a few extra surprises spread throughout as well!

Available for preorder for $19.99 (plus shipping) THROUGH OCTOBER 30TH at Stitcher's Supply. Founder's Club members get 33% off with the power of their bespoke discount code.

The price increase is to help cover the cost of what is explicitly a more ambitious issue - more time put into graphic design, more art commissioned, higher pay for contributors & more color printing (somehow the most expensive part).

Featuring art by Jeanne D'Angelo, Aleix Ecura Bello, Jacob Paris, & Rope Arrow.

The End of Issue 2:

Thanks to the support of all of you, we've really done it again. Another 3 months publishing excellent articles ABOUT Magic has come and gone & we've paid out $200 to each & every author for the Issue, in large part thanks to the success of Issue 1's sales.

We will now be going on our one-month hiatus between issues, letting our writers (and editors) recharge and also shining the light and focus onto the physical edition preorder!

ISSUE 3!

Issue 3 will be slightly different than the first two!

For each issue so far, we've published 2x a week over the course of 3 months. Then, we go quiet for a month to get our ducks in a row for the following issue while we run preorders for the print edition. On this schedule, Issue 3 would begin in November and run through the end of January.

For Issue 3, we'll be publishing the same number of articles but only throughout the months of November and December. This means we'll be publishing 3x a week. Then we'll kick off our second year (!!) in February of 2027.

There are lots of little reasons for this but the main one is that this current release/production schedule works for us and this brief departure from it puts us neatly on a three issues per year cycle for the future rather than perpetually having our last issue awkwardly linger across two years.

For our monthly subscribers, this means the same amount of articles for $7 less. For our print-only readers, this means Issue 3 will be available sooner. For us, this presents a cool chance to see what a more frequent posting cadence would do for the reach of our work in the future.

But beyond this little experiment, the mag you know and love will remain largely as you've come to know and love it (though poised for some very cool improvements on all sides coming your way next year... like a print subscription, yes, we hear you, we hear you.)

We couldn't have done this without you. The end of Year 1 of CASCADE is in our sights. What a rush.

THAT'S ALL FOLKS!

Thanks. - Cal & Dan
